Why meet? The pandemic has pushed many of us to learn how to work remotely and leverage technology to assist with communication that used to happen in the office, classroom, or studio. Yes, we can get the work done on messaging platforms and video calls. But after attending in-person retreats, even the most introverted of us on the team agree, there is something that happens when you meet your tribe in person that technology struggles to facilitate.
